The founding partners of Action Law are highly accomplished, experienced attorneys. Each has experience as a section Chair for the Utah State Bar, Sara and Brad each have served as Chair of the Real Property Section. Sara also serves on the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee, a standing committee of the Utah State Bar.
